The day before Thanksgiving, I caught up with my friend Mike Posner, to talk about his brand new mixtape The Layover, which is building quite a buzz online. Just yesterday, Mike released a video for his “Wonderwall” cover, which also promoted the newly released tape. In this un-conventional, but effective interview (see ichatsessions w. B.O.B., Ja Rule, Young Dro) Mike talks about his relationship with some of the artists including Bun B, the production on the tape, the response on the Layover, his upcoming album Sky High coming out in March and much more. 

The Layover mixtape also features collaborations with Twista, Elzhi, Cyhi Da Prynce, Machine Gun Kelly, Casey Veggies, Bei Maejor and Slim Thug. Mike’s new single “Looks Like Sex” is now available on iTunes here.
